2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and materials accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of fabric. These are not defects and do not qualify as grounds for return unless materially different from the description.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• An order is considered placed once payment is successfully received (UPI) or order is confirmed (COD).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors). Full refund will be processed in such cases.
• Cash on Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability and may include a handling fee of ₹49.
• You are responsible for ensuring delivery address details are accurate. Orders returned undelivered due to incorrect address are subject to re-shipping charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are 5–7 business days for metros and 7–10 business days for other locations. Delays caused by force majeure (weather, civil unrest, courier disruptions) are beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, product designs, logos, and code — is the property of Exorig Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law.
• Resell our products without authorisation.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or technical control of the site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Exorig Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any product purchased. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
