We ship across India with reliable, tracked delivery. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Pincode Serviceability

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India via our courier partners. To check availability, you can enter your pincode at checkout. If your pincode isn't serviceable, please write to contact@exorigcouture.com — in many cases we can arrange alternative delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at any time from our Track Order page.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make three delivery attempts.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
  • If delivery fails on all attempts, the order is returned to us and a refund (minus shipping and COD charges) will be processed.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across serviceable pincodes in India.
  • A handling fee of ₹49 applies to all COD orders.
  • Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or repeated unsuccessful COD orders.

7. International Shipping

At present, we ship only within India. International shipping will be enabled in due course. Please write to us if you have a specific international request.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform our customer care immediately at contact@exorigcouture.com. If you've already received it, send photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange replacement or refund.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be re-shipped at your cost, or refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.

10. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control — weather, civil unrest, courier disruptions, or government restrictions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
