Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Below are the conditions and refund timelines.
1. When Can I Cancel?
- You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead request a return under our Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
Write to contact@exorigcouture.com with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Our team will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
3. Refund After Cancellation
- UPI / Prepaid orders: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Simply cancelled — no money has been collected.
- Already-shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, refuse delivery and we will refund (minus shipping and handling charges) once the parcel returns to us.
4. Cancellation by Exorig Couture
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Pricing or product information error on our website.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria for any promotional offer.
- Pincode found to be non-serviceable after order placement.
In all such cases, if payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of specific items (provided the order is not yet shipped). Refunds for cancelled items are processed as per the timeline above.
