Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?+
Browse the collection, add items to your bag with your preferred size, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose between UPI or Cash on Delivery to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Cash on Delivery across serviceable pincodes in India. A handling fee of ₹49 is added for COD orders.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted UPI rails. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers. The entire checkout flow runs over HTTPS/SSL.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped. Write to contact@exorigcouture.com with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for metros and 7–10 business days for other locations. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — orders above ₹999 ship free across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Do you ship internationally?+
At present we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap.
How do I track my order?+
Visit Track Order and enter your order number along with the email or phone used at checkout. Once shipped, a courier tracking link will also be available there.

Sizing & Product

How do I find my size?+
Each product page lists a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a similar garment from your existing wardrobe and comparing to the chart. When in doubt, write to us — we'll recommend a size.
What's your fabric sourcing philosophy?+
We source fabric directly from mills we've visited in person. Each cloth is chosen for the silhouette it serves — never the other way around.
How do I care for my garments?+
Care instructions are printed on the inner label of every garment and listed on the product page. As a general rule, gentle cold wash and line dry preserves colour and shape best.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags intact and original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?+
Once the returned item passes quality check at our warehouse, refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?+
We're sorry — please email a photo to contact@exorigcouture.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately.
